MAXCNC provides on-site CNC machine repair, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, setup and operator training in Toronto, Mississauga and the Greater Toronto Area. We support CNC routers, CO2 laser cutting and engraving machines, fiber laser cutting machines and oscillating knife cutting systems.

Common problems we investigate include controller alarms, homing and positioning errors, spindle and VFD faults, servo and stepper drive issues, faulty sensors, wiring problems and inconsistent cutting performance. We can also review machine setup, calibration and control-system upgrade requirements.

On-site service is available across Mississauga, Toronto, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville and Burlington. Selected Ontario locations outside the GTA may be available depending on the machine, scope and scheduling.

Before booking, send your machine make and model, controller type, location, alarm messages and a description of the issue. Photos or videos help us review the problem. The initial visit focuses on diagnosis; some repairs require parts, manufacturer support or a follow-up visit.
